Awesome weather outside today, a tad bit cool at the beginning but warming up nicely. Got the Cullman and Huntsville appointments out of the way and I was also able to stop off at Best Buy to get the Friends Season 8 DVD set then to Bed, Bath and Beyond to pick up my ultra-fly waffle maker. Slapped down my 20% off coupon and scored a deal. I've been wanting one of these ever since I used one (repeatedly I might add...) at the hotel in Indy where I made waffles every morning.
Sorry to hear Kev's got the funk... seems to be going around though. Lesa had the funk today too but toughed it out and came in around noon. Hope everyone gets to feeling better soon. Doing laundry (again) and gonna watch some TV and drum. Ta Dow.
Oh, congrats to my racing buddy from my old workplace. I understand one of his friends/sponsors has bought Tony Stewart's (NASCAR Home Depot Team) 2002 Watkins Glen/Sears Point race car! How cool is that? This particular car was constructed for these road course tracks as they differ from the oval track cars. This one is more of an all-purpose car. I'm gonna have to go check this out for myself.
