Monday Monday...

That's the intro to an old Mommas and the Poppas song I think. (random thought)

Work is going steady so far today. Some semblance of normalcy was evident from the neworking calls I was assigend to resolve. Nice to be able to do my "regular" job for once.

Ordered a quieter CPU cooler today for my home PC. The stock Intel fan is just too loud to deal with. Not so much the "whooshing" whooshing sound, but the high-pitched whine. Got one of the giant Zalman coolers and a syringe of Arctic Silver thermal paste. The larger cooler uses a bigger fan and runs at a much slower RPM. Sound rating is 20db or so. Quiet is nice.

Went to the mall for lunch then went walking around a little to let the food settle. Went by Sears to check out tools. Bill was showing me some of what he lost in therecent theft incident at his place.

Not sure what the plan is tonight, if the Guad Squad is on or not.

I see Brian got his bLog going again. I'll re-add him to my links to bLogs as soon as he has a proven track record of bLogging this time around. He loses cool points (Happy Days board game reference) for wishy-washiness.
