Workin at the crib.

Got some extra sleep this morning since I'll be working from home today. Rolled out of bed at 7:45, made and ate breakfast and was in front of my PC at 8:00. Presently, I'm waiting for my counterpart in Louisiana to get back from taking his kid to daycare so we can get craking on this report. It's my first time to go through doing this so I'll need somone to walk me through the process. I already know this is going to suck, so I'm resigned to that fact.

Last night I got a lot of drumming in. I'm really enjoying having my new kit back in the studio again. It sounds SO nice. I'm sure my neighbors appreciate it too. I also got in several rounds of Call of Duty with the guys on the rTr clan server. The server seemed to be running better than the previous night when lag was in full effect. Still, the avatars that identify friendlies from enemies was a bit slow to appear and I sent lots of lead at the wrong parties from time to time. I also fired up a few games of Battlefield 1942 since it's been about 2 weeks since I've done any of that. Didn't do too bad but I did realize that my aim with the Stinger missiles was a bit off. Typically, I use them to take out helicopters as it's easier to predict where they're going to be since they're slow... relative to jets. Jets are easier to hit when they are coming straight for you since you have a reduced amout of area to aim for. Helicopters, while easier for me to hit, are a risky proposition since if you miss and they see where you are, they'll smoke you with their arsenal of rockets and guns.

Brought Kelsey in and let her conk out then watched some Jay Leno before going to bed.
